Our friendly neighborhood detective made an appearance as the $800 clue in "The CW" category on Jeopardy! tonight.

I watched... I totally rocked that category. Seriously, the girl knew Veronica and Supernatural, but not One Tree Hill?

The answer was something like: Kristen Bell stars as a detective/sleuth who is now in college

I didn't pay too much attention to the wording, because once I read KB, I was too busy yelling the answer. lol

I watch VM and Supernatural, but not One Tree Hill. Is that weird?

Not at all. I've never seen an ep of Supernatural, but I still knew the characters and could answer the question just from seeing the promo commercials. (Same with the Top Model question.) The way they cross-promote, if you watch a few CW shows, it's pretty likely you at least know the names and basic facts about the others. :)

I looked at the Jeopardy questions and couldn't answer the One Tree Hill one. I realized I don't know any of the characters names! I just know who Chad Michael Murray and Sofia Bush are (and their marital drama), but that's it!

Hee. Funny you mention this. I was at the nail salon getting a manicure and the Jeopardy episode was playing in the background. As soon as I heard Alex say "Kristen Bell," I whirled around and looked at the tv and said "Veronica Mars." The lady doing my nails said, "oh, you got it right." I laughed and said, "That's my favorite show." God, I'm such a dork.

Veronica Mars was the clue once with Kristen being the answer. I do adore Jeopardy! so I'm always glad to see a Veronica Mars mention. Of course I'd like to see it get a mention not in the Teen Tournament but what can you do.
