Few questions

Okay, so this is my first post here. I've actually been a member of this community for a while but I haven't had anything interesting to say until now.
So, we've just finished season 2 here in Iceland and I have few questions that I want to ask since I got really confused yesterday.

First of all I was just wondering how old Dick & Cassidy are, or in

I was just rewatching this episode on DVD, and I was wondering why Dick was sitting next to Cassidy rather than with his class.

Dick is the same age bracket as Logan and Veronica, and Beaver/Cassidy was a year younger, but he did place in higher classes. Dick didn't graduate with his class, but he did attend...or tried to attend summer school and that helped him get into Hearst, also with a little help from Ben Franklin and other powerful figures.

at the end of season 2 you saw Kendall show up to MI with a briefcase. (I think it had priceless paintings inside...don't remember. I might have to rewatch the 3rd season premiere again). She asked Keith to help with something to do with the Fitzpatricks or something and then the result was deadly. The only mention of Kendall was in the 3rd season premiere. after that that specific case was over.

Dick was able to get into Hearst because his mom's new husband was the business manager for Governor Arnold Schwartzenegger (aka "The Governator"). So she used this powerful connection to get her son into college. As for how he got his high school diploma, it was never discussed in the show. My guess is he used his connections again because Veronica said he'd spent the summer with his dad in the Caymans.

At the end of S2, Kendall showed up to MI with a briefcase containing a priceless piece of art. She hired Keith for an undisclosed (but presumably high) amount of money to make her disappear from the Fitzpatricks until her beloved Cormac could get paroled. This is why he skipped out on the Veronica.

Hope this clarifies. I can imagine how confusing it would be watching two seasons concurrently.
