that josh was allergic (and i mean deathly allergic) to the peanut butter cookies? i thought that he was going to die..which would place veronica as his killer, thus the arresting...well, now that i saw the end of the episode, and next weeks trailors...well, he's still there. so, i'm thinkin maybe he escaped from the hospital?  i think he's guilty

I think you might be right about the peanut butter thing, I say this because he asked Veronica to bring him a jar of peanut butter. Then before he eats the cookies he sort of looks at them, to me in a weird way...I started thinking during that scene that those cookies are going to hold a answer, though maybe I'm wrong or something.
I also suspect the guy who made the dean change his mind about the pi sigs, the only thing is, I don't see motive for him to go after the dean since the dean did change his mind.

that guy seemed very 'you owe me money, pay or die' to me. my first thoughts were that the dean, loving boxing so much, may have placed some high bets on a match or two, and maybe this guy was his bookie? or, the dean somehow paid him back buy opening up the frat...well, it's a working progress theroy. also, it might tie in with the coaches murder somehow.
