I don't know it off the top of my head, but I have two suggestions:
Watch vmtranscripts.com; 310 will probably be up there in a couple of days.
In the meantime, go to CWTV.com and rewatch the part you are interested in. It should be available, and I'd guess you could just skip ahead to the part you are interested in.

The Roxie, at least according to the closed captioning. (That also seems to be a fairly common name for clubs).
