it was an intentional shout-out. after the ep aired twop sold a shirt that said "teenage women of propriety." there are several things in that ep, but the other really big one is that the numbers on the fortune cookie are the numbers from "lost."

I noticed the "Lost" numbers right away, when I first saw the episode air, but I wasn't paying enough attention to notice the TWoP stuff. But that's awesome that they sold a shirt that said that. I love it!
