I heard once that the lines "Though we don't know how we got here, we're an important part here!" were changed from the original version of the song, because the original lines "You may think that you're essential; try 'inconsequential!'" were deemed a tad too grim for a kid's show.

It reminds me of the end of Men in Black when it zooms out of the galaxy, contained in a marble and a giant alien knocks two galactic marbles together and then plops the one out of the circle in a bag. I always liked that idea.

Also, I like the President song, I don't remember ever hearing it.
