Time does go incredibly fast, especially when you're so busy! Would you mind sharing the Toll House Pie recipe? Zack's taekwondo instructor qualified for the Nationals and they're having a bake sale/car wash to raise funds for his trip. I would love to contribute something and that might be just the thing.
9" unbaked pie crust 1/2 c flour 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 c butter, melted & cooled to room temperature 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (1 c) 1 c chopped walnuts (optional) I left these out
Preheat oven to 325 F. Beat eggs together until foamy. Beat flour and sugars into egg mixture until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Fold in chips and nuts. Pour into pie shell and bake for 40-45 minutes. Best served warm. Top with Cool Whip or ice cream.
