Good for you with the running! Just take it slow, the way you are doing the walk/run deal, and hopefully it will turn into a healthy addiction. I think it's the best!

Thanks! Yeah, I am taking it slow--don't want to get sucked into it, and go nuts (er, make that *more* nuts). ;)
