Well, I wasn't wavering about it. x.x; I was going to fill out the paperwork and if I got it, I got it, and if not, then I didn't. This kind of bugs me because now I don't have the option. D: My only problem was finding the time to fill out the five page application. ~_~;

You can, I think. They just sent me the form for if I need the single for medical reasons. o.O;
