Health: can be beneficial, since worldwide, there are many people that are indeed of kidney, because of the serious cases of kidney failure that is rising these day (wrong lifestyles, preservative food, diabetes, dll..). Can be disastrous since like it or not, even if we can live with one kidney, the ability to do filter blood and absorption will be cut in half and that means straining your other kidney, if we cannot balance with a proper diet. Seeing how the one that used to donor are poor people, I believe diets are not part of their plan, which can result in kidney failure themselves and are prone to diseases
