Good to know you're alive :) I'm currently loving living in LA, going to college at the moment and going to transfer to CSULA next semester. Nothing super exciting at the moment besides watching TV and vidding for Festivids.
One site to check out is One and a documentary to check out is On These Shoulders We Stand which is about LA history of the LGBT which was pretty big in the 1950s and 1960s.

Hey, hey -- I'm afraid I don't have any go-to LGBT or feminist history links to offer off the top of my head, but it's great to see you post. It sounds like an AWESOME presentation you're doing.
I'm hope so! I'd forgotten how much I love being on LJ. Last night I spent a couple of hours just going through my flist and I already feel so much more hooked in to what's going on in the world.
Man, I wish I didn't have to work -- I would spend all my time watching tv and reading fic. It would be heaven.
LJ reminded me that you have a birthday coming up. Though I have not seen you around these many a year and more, I hope and trust that you are well, and that enjoy a good celebration.
