small things

8 days until i leave for az. i'm so nervous! i'm only eating soup and lean cuisine (and maybe an apple or two) for the next 8 days. i need to be SKINNY on that boat with those boys. i should probably be working out right now, but i'm getting my legs waxed in an hour. scary!! its my first time, and if it goes well i'm going to go back for a bikini ( Read more... )

Do Rest, it will help. Sleeping causes hormonal chemicals to build which speed up the metabolism. A fascinating series of studies show that sleep loss disrupts a series of complex and interwoven metabolic and hormonal processes. This can make weight loss far more difficult than it needs to be.
