Through a glass, darkly

A little piece I once thought lost but recently rediscovered, I wrote this in 2008 after seeing the Victorian Opera’s Through the Looking Glass - though, truth be told, it also owes much to American McGee’s Alice.

Title: White

Summary: An insight into Alice’s mind, an indeterminate amount of time after the events of the opera.

Ooh . . . very nice piece you've got here. It's both chilling and sad at the same time. I feel so sorry for poor Alice. ;_; I like your usage of the color white - it portrays innocence, but at the same time insanity.

Thank you! I was stoked to have found this again - I really thought I'd lost it and was agonising about whether or not to try and rewrite what little I could remember of it, knowing it wouldn't be as good, and then on a day that I wasn't looking for it -- bang! There it was! XD

And I certainly intend to keep up the abovementioned good work! (As soon as I can get some inspiration for something other than those one-sentence fics ^^; Anything you'd like to request?)

That's okay on the requests front, I'm on something of a roll with the one-sentence stories (I've written sixteen or so new ones XD) but I'd welcome any Kingdom Hearts, American McGee's Alice, Rule of Rose and/or Princess Tutu-related requests if you have any :)
