On a regular basis I ingest the following:
Cigarette smoke
Prozac
Espresso
Diet Coke
Water
Salad
Chicken
Wine
Vodka
Xanex sometimes

I think this probably not good.  And definitely a sign of the times.

Danielle, Bridget and Meredith went skydiving yesterday.  I stayed on the ground and took pictures, it was awesome!

Billy Joel's "You're giving me a heartatacckkkk.." just went through my mind. I'd give up the diet coke I think. That stuff's just bad for you. lol
