Clearly I am not allowed to imply I'm sleeping better.

My brain pulled an energizer bunny on me last night, wide awake, bouncing around like it wasn't night at all:

Do you have a comfy couch? You could go read, but only if it's comfy enough for one nights sleep, and an advise I was given, don't use the bed for anything other than sleeping in (and sex if you do that) no TV watching, no reading, just sleep

(I'm still trying to decide if it's working)

I wish I had the luxury of a couch. Not an option. I've been given the same advice, and it doesn't work for me; actually, I fall asleep with the tv on low volume, and it turns itself off after a while. This usually works, but last night, not so much.

(It works for some, I've been told.)

OH man I"m so sorry to hear you're still having trouble. I'm sending you sleepy vibes over the interwebs *HUGS*

It's probably never going to go away, but I can manage it quite well. Sleepy vibes worked, though, I slept well last night! *hugs*

Oh man, I can't imagine anything worse for my insomnia than trying to be up and doing other things--there are just so many things to DO! Forget it, I'd never sleep again. D: I'm sorry you were having trouble and hurray sleeping pills, although I hope you sleep better tonight to start with!

IKR? Either I'd just be up until 5 am and a wreck the next day, or I'd be sufficiently distracted for my brain to go, "right, sleep," and bam, I'd fall over. Not a good idea. I did sleep better last night, so I'm glad the sleeping pill reset the brain to ordinary sleeping patterns again :)
