Oh, wow. This was fantastically good. I love how both Steve and Danny were not taken by surprise by the flashback, that they expected it after the events in the jungle, especially that split second when Steve thought he would dieand Danny was right there...again.

And I like how Danny doesn't let Steve just deal with it alone that he gets him to open up, pushes just enough with such love and care. And that Steve battles him at first then slowly relents and finally asks Danny if he could just talk. *wibble*

The moment I saw that moment in the jungle, I flashed back to 2.10, so I knew I had to write this. And well, Danny takes care of Steve. I do love that about them. Thank you!
