Awwww! What great characterizations I can so see Roman silently (but not as subtly as he thinks) struggling with his inner demons and Deniz wanting to make everything better. I love that Annette notices and calls Deniz, cuz that is so like her (except when it's not but I'm sure you unfortunately know what I mean). I have such a soft spot for Roman because he is such a complex character and I love how you brought that out here. Yay for new DeRo fic!
