Internet, I have some questions.

  • How can I go for a half hour run up over my hill, but a dawdle to my kitchen can be so horribly painful?
  • Will my jandal tan ever disappear?
  • Will I ever be able to drive faster than 37km/hr?, and
  • Why is affordable sock yarn such disgusting colours?

1. If you didn't warm up and stretch properly before your run, you may have injured yourself during your exercise, while if you didn't warm down and stretch after, the lactic acid that built up in your muscles during the exercise won't have have been dispersed properly, resulting in muscle pain.

Also, putting unusual strain on your joints may also induce joint pain.

2. It probably won't disappear completely, but will fade. My mum still has faint sandal tan from when she was at university.

3. Yes. Keep practicing.

4. Just like any industry, they give you the shitty stuff at low prices so you'll get hooked and start thinking about how much better life would be if you just bought a bit of the more expensive stuff, which you will love so much that you'll buy it all the time, hence making them some mega-bux.
