Damn, that was my next suggestion.

Hair does grow back, even if you will look like a boy for 3-4 months.

You could get it dyed pink and buy large amounts of pink Hubba-Bubba and chew it all the time...

Streaks! You could bleach large chunks of your hair and then dye those chunks pin. Or alternatively, if that seems too drastic, I reckon you should just let a hairdresser have his/her way with you. You could see if anyone is looking for hair models, that way you get it done for free too!

Firstly, if you're gonna go to a hairdresser and tell them to do whatever they want, normally you don't have to pay for that sort of thing...

Secondly, I think you should go blonde.
