Reluctant
Yeah, I am reluctant to post my new Michael Jackson graphics. I was even reluctant to post them on Photobucket. These new pieces are quite dear to me and it feels like I can't part with them. Especially because some were requested and thus are dedicated to my wonderful mom again. And I am also reluctant because the quality of some of the pics, particularly the Thriller ones, aren't that great.
I haven't posted these graphics on any Michael Jackson communities yet, only with the exception of Remember The Time. I made two entries in the ____mjfans____ and mjfans communities already yesterday and today on different subjects. I'm gonna wait a day or two before I make another entry over there, lol.
I hope that you will all enjoy my new creations. And knowing this wonderful group of friends that I have, I know that you guys will definitely enjoy them. ^_^ I'm gonna make some commentaries on the graphics and I recommend you read them. It's important. ^_^ Please enjoy and feel free to snag anything you wish. ^_^
Remember The Time
I have posted this banner every where except in my own journal. For those of you that have seen it already, you guys can skip it if you want, lol. But if you love it that much, feel free to stare all you want, lol. This banner was requested by my mom. So, it is dedicated mostly to her and it goes without saying Michael as well. ^_^
Thriller
This is a combination of one wallpaper and several icons that go with the wallpaper. The wallpaper was requested by my mom. Besides Will You Be There, Remember the Time, and other songs, Thriller is her absolute favorite song and music video from Michael. The wallpaper is dedicated to her. The icons will be first, then the wallpaper. Also, I experimneted with some lighting and effects. So, icons 2 and 4 are lighter than 1 and 3.

Thriller: It's Close To Midnight
The titles of the icons and wallpaper is It's Close To Midnight. It's based off Thriller, of course. I used Michael's first line from the song because I didn't want to keep using Thriller. I wanted to be different and use some of the lyrics instead. Also, these lyrics sounded cool, so that's why I used it.
Again the wallpaper is dedicated to my mom because she wanted another Thriller wallpaper, lol. The icons are first, then the wallpaper. Lastly, I experimented with some lighting and effects. So, icons 3, 5, and 6 are lighter than 1, 2, and 4.

Bad
Oh, yeah! More Bad graphics, lol. I love this era, though. It's my favorite. So, just to warn you, I'm gonna have more Bad era graphics than from any other era. Though, I really love the Dangerous and HIStory eras, too.
But for those of you that don't already know this, Bad is my absolute favorite song and music video from Michael. I love the mini-movie and different music video versions of it. It's also the song and video that made me look twice at Michael and think, "Damn. When did you get to be so hot and sexy."
Anyway, there are four icons and one wallpaper. The icons are titled 13, 14, 15, and 16, continuing from where I left off. And I cropped the pics, using the same photo that I used for icons 1, 2, 3, and 4. V-S stands for my name Vera-Sabe. I don't really feel comfortable making pics without putting my name on it, so that's why these icons have my initials on it and the previous ones from my previous LJ entry don't.

The icons is one thing, but for the wallpaper I didn't want to use the title Bad because everyone uses it. I wanted to be different with the wallpaper mainly because I created the wallpaper mostly for myself.
The title I chose is based on the lyrics Michael sang towards the end of the song. As you all know, the rest of the lyrics in the pic are from the extended version of the music video where Michael proceeds to talk back to his "friends."
We Are the World
Below is the original photo. It is absolutely the most cutest pic I ever seen in my entire life. ^_^ It is also the most cutest pic I've ever seen of Michael with a baby. ^_^ Every time I stare at them, all I want to do is go inside the picture and hug and kiss them both because they're both so cute. That's impossible, but I wish I could do that.
I downloaded this pic from Google when I searching for more Michael pics to download. I don't know who put the pic up on the Internet, so I can't give credit to anyone for using their pic. Nonetheless, it inspired two icons, a banner, and a wallpaper. After I finished the banner and the wallpaper, I was in tears.
The titles for this pic, the banner, icons, and wallpaper I got from Michael and Lionel Richie's song We Are the World they co-wrote for USA for Africa in 1985. Every other title I tried to think of sucked.
I put "Aw!" in the icons because, not only do I want to go inside the picture and squeeze the life out of them, lol, I can't help but say this every time I look at them. The saying is inevitable, really.

For both the banner and wallpaper, I put in that sentence that Michael said at the 1986 Grammy Awards when he and Lionel won for Song of the Year. And yes, he really said these short, but simple and beautiful words.
I apologize if I elaborated too much on the graphics, but it was needed. I hope that you can understand why. And also, I'm a very elaborate person when I speak and write. I mean what I write. If I didn't mean it, I wouldn't write it. Thus, it's important. Regardless I hope you all enjoyed my new work. ^_^
