I happen to know that you can EASILY put an elastic waist in that skirt much more easily than a zipper! Just sayin' :)

Why is elastic easier? Does it look as nice and clean?

That's funny....are you thinking of making this for yourself? I was just in the segunda on Friday nite with Mace and we were looking at ties and I was thinking I would make one of these for Tommy, recalling the one Ray Gee had on last year.

are you still going to do the Scarf Skirt too? I got some sweaters to try and make leg warmers..it's first on on my list of projex in the wardrobe dept! I'm a 14 in formals...I tried on a dress while there... a pretty purple thing, but I didn't like the top of it...too bad. Would have been cheap!
