What is there to do in Mesa, Arizona?

Qualifier: they don't play golf and are in their late 40's.

Thanks for the info! I think my dad's company is flying him down the day after the Superbowl, so hopefully he'll get a decent rental!

If he's coming in then he should have better choices, and probably a good laugh at how crowded every plane leaving town is going to be around then. It's just been a hell of a time for that because we've got so many big events that came through the Phoenix area in the past couple of months. BCS games, Barrett-Jackson and other car auctions, the Super Bowl, and the FBR Open.

We bought and moved back in July. It's awesome having a place that we can truly call our own and make any changes we feel like to, without worrying about an apartment office or anything. There's still the HOA but that's much less of a worry - keep the front yard clean and they tend to be quiet.

I just wanted to let you know---my dad flew into Mesa this morning, and has already called me to curse at traffic on the freeway. He also mentioned a round about. It was the 5 most hilarious minutes on a cell phone ever.
