I'm not cool enough for skinny jeans, and if I was I wouldn't want to be

Tell me, o LJ, what are you wearing today?

I have on grey skinny jeans, grey boots, and a fluffy black and white jumper with a panda on it. I'm not usually a big fan of the animal jumper, but I think this one manages to be fluffy without being too cutesy. Also, I like pandas. I admire their approach to eye make-up.

I'm wearing a light floral dress and my gardening shoes, and when I went outside i was wearing an orange Cardigan that doesn't match and is a horrible colour but I like the shape.

Basically, I've got to the stage where i don't care what i look like, just how comfortable i am.

A light dress? Think it must be warmer where you are!

I would argue that feeling good is way more important than looking good :)

Well, I meant pale in colour, but actually I'm just generally overly hot most of the time and it is quite warm here.

I am very happy with what I'm wearing today, so I'm glad you asked! My outfit consists of a bright turquoise/teal "Bardot-style" jumper (which basically just means it has a sort of wide boat neck), with a below-knee-length tweed skirt in shades of blue and green, sheer flesh-toned (skin-toned, really; flesh-tones would be, like, bloody and gross) tights, and black knee-high high heeled boots. The jumper is from Tesco, and the skirt was a charity shop find which probably cost me a fiver (I can't remember exactly; I have a _lot_ of assorted tweed skirts from charity shops!).

Wow, you sound like you look good :)

I like wide neck jumpers, but only own one (black). I should perhaps branch out!

This is kind of my platonic look; my aesthetic is essentially "Younger, somewhat sexier Miss Marple".
This is the jumper although it hands differently on me, and is a bit more turquoise-y than that picture suggests.

A black shirt that does up with a zip, passed on by my mum as she didn't wear it any more. I'm pretty sure I remember her in it when I was at school so it may well be over 20 years old. Nondescript beige chinos from the sample sale when I worked at the White Company (£1). Cheap shoes from SportsDirect I keep in the office to change out of bike boots into. Socks with embroidered Vulcan bombers. Orange Swatch watch and my great-grandfather's signet ring, which is on permanently and I tape over for karate.

Nothing else I'm wearing is especially impressive, but they are great socks ^.^

I'm wearing the usual; leggings, tunic top, and as I'm at home, one of my dad's old cashmere jumpers AND a poncho and fluffy slippers. No jewellery or bra (le shock) as I never wear such things when working at home, everything has to be baggy and comfy and not distracting.

I don't do Clovember because I tend to wear the same thing week in week out with only minor variations. It's not all ball gowns.

Nice touch on the rainbow bruises!

Sounds like my standard work-from-home garb!

Scruff order - old black trousers, ancient cream trainers, blouse that cost £1 in a Barnsley mill shop aeons ago and an M&S round-necked jumper. It's a housework morning.

Oh yes, housework. I remember that. Must do some, some day!
