Bored of sunshine ? Don't worry, I'm about to head to Glastonbury so it'll start tipping it down any minute. Expect ridiculously verbose updates upon my return (but not during, as I can't be bothered with all this phone-charging nonsense in a field, so will not be online until I'm back. I'll hang around in TAFKAJazzWorld at tea-time on Thursday in case :)

I'll be there. :-) I have what appears to be a mobile # for you, so will SMS it now in case you no longer have mine!

The sms_to_lj fellow recommended getting yourself set up with Ping.fm for updating LJ via text message in the future before he closed down his service. I've set it up, and it does work, but in practice it's been rendered obsolete in my case by getting a smart phone, which means I can write proper posts directly from my phone anyway.

Oh, sorry - meant to include the link to Ping.fm, though I'm sure you've already Googled it by now anyway.

Very jealous, but since my other half doesn't do camping any more, the only way we'll eber get there is with an RV in the artists' enclosure (~£5G each)...

Will be watching much coverage on BBC over the weekend.

Looking at the lower end of the bill (and aka Jazz World in particular), I would recommend Nouvelle Vague & Rodrigo y Gabriela, and on Acoustic Brian Kennedy & Fisherman's Friend. I would also spenda lot of time in front of the Avalon stage. There's just too much good stuff!
