Really enjoyed your write-up and glad you had such a good time! Where, apart from Glastonbury, if anywhere might the likes of the more remarkable non-musical attractions be seen?

Sadly, I've no idea. This is why I've said before that I'd happily go to Glastonbury even if there was not one single band I wanted to see - because there's so much other stuff that I never see anywhere else. I guess some of the more theatrically-inclined other stuff might go to Edinburgh for the Fringe, but in general I don't know where it could be seen.

If anyone else knows where heavy concentrations of street theatre, silliness and other suchlike entertainment can be found, I'd love to hear of it.

I had kedgeree for breakfast some years ago and wanted to do it again. I never did, sadly. Something for the summer holiday perhaps!

Lovely write-up.

Kedgeree's not terribly hard to make - I can let you have the recipe I use, if you like ?

I don't think the stuff it makes is as good as what I've occasionally eaten elsewhere, but it's still pretty nice. Very posh hotels (which sadly I don't stay in nearly often enough) sometimes let you order kedgeree for breakfast, so it's worth keeping an eye out for.
