Destruction and Dream left? I wonder about the others.

I don't know about everyone else but I'm not about to trust someone whose idea of saying hello was destroying a building, even if it did belong to the supposed rulers of this place.

There are rules, things they're not supposed to intervene in. I don't know how it works exactly.

All I'm guessing is that they must think something else is gonna blow, and uncle Ollie didn't want to have to stand around and watch.

Yes, Jan works with some of them. He knows the Underground well. Sometimes uses the tunnels to move about without having to access the City.

What do you have in mind?
