Um...."ya nay gavarou pav Russki"...or something like that...is it a specifically Russian site or is there an English version?

I like the idea of "content management", but to me that could mean anything - is it a "life hacking" sort of "being more efficient generally" type thing (which I badly need), or a geeky programming thing that I wouldn't understand even in English?

Generally CMS is the thingy that allows to create websites/blogs/galleries/stuff very quickly and without knowing web coding stuff at all (aka webmastering for total eejits). Livejournal is a CMS too
