I LOVE this! Zach's voice is perfect and hilarious and an excellent foil to Astoria. Plus you have so many exquisite details, such as his office being over the club with the best middle aged exotic dancers, and the interaction with the newsstand owner, and this:

Once, he'd even seen him taking the younger of his half-siblings for ice cream.

That alone should have discredited his Future Dark Lord standing.
