Because I had the day off, and because it was RAINING! The best kind of day ever!

The plants are very happy. I'd say the grass is happy, but there hasn't been any for years. So, the dirt is happy, I suppose. I hope it is, we're in for a week or more of this stuff.

A really spectacular storm moved through earlier today, and I just happened to be out driving in it. Lightning, thunder, torrential, epic rain, flooded streets and freeways. Great stuff!

Is that what the weather is around you? Wow! Tropical rain! :) I should probably take and post pictures of the snow up to my knees which has been in town the third week now... Yay for real winter! :)

I think we've got about 8-10 feet of snow this week in the mountains about an hour from here, so keep your paltry knee's worth of "winter"!
