I know I never post anymore. I just use this to read other people's journals. But I'm excited and I have to vent it ^_^

YAAAAY I GOT PREAPPROVED FOR MY MORTGAGE!  In the perfect amount to buy the house I fell in love with on Saturday.

I'm rather surprised, actually, considering that I had just bought my shiny new red Saturn not even two months

Yes :D I just emailed my broker asking her more detailed questions..like if she can get me copies from the seller of their utility bills and tax paperwork for the past year.
