Off to the doctor's office again ... this time I need a TB test and MMR titers drawn. That means I'll have to go back Monday to get the results and paperwork too ... going to be busy this week! I'm also going to swing by the pharmacy and get a shingles shot ... well, 1 of 2 anyhow. That way, I can get all of the "blah" feeling out of the way

Good luck! I've had both singles jabs, no problems other than a tender spot for a few days. I eat early every day, by 3 pm for my main meal and evening is a snack. :)

Yeah I'm trying the early dinner today ... it's nearly 4 and I'm just getting back in. Think I'll tuck into my Chik-Fil-A nuggets and just get a yogurt later if I'm hungry then.
