I'm sorry things are so poor for you. Congratulations, indeed, for managing to write at all.

You may feel obliged to 'loan' that money, but I think you'll have to write it off. It sounds as if you you'd need something a bit stronger than insistence. As a professor said about the economic situation in pre-Classical Athens, 'If the money's gone it's gone.'

Yeah drug addicts can be disturbing people. At least she didn't wait outside the store and try to slash my tires or something.
