It really is her greatest scene ever. It means a lot more when you've watched the entire movie so it's in its full context. lol. I remember hearing that Reese witherspoon wanted to redo this movie with her in this part. I thought, 'if you do, I swear to god...."

I can't take Reese Witherspoon seriously.

Maybe if they remade it as an over-the-top dark-comedy melodrama with high-kicking musical numbers.
