Registering to vote in Washington state

I thought it would be helpful to let you all know how to register to vote here in Washington state and how to request a permanent absentee ballot. Make sure to register by October 4. Otherwise, you will have to register in person. (Yuck

Yeah I got all my address stuff taken care of and I'm all active again. My card I got in the mail says "Permanent Absentee Voter" so I should be fine right?

Otherwise my voting place is "Calvary Christian Assembly" and that sounds too scary...I don't wanna go there!
