Okay, you know how I keep thinking I can't possibly love Adam Lambert any more than I already do? His album cover features blue hair and drips andgrogyny, his Rolling Stone article mentioned shrooming and he loves The Ark, IAMX and Velvet Goldmine!

Well check this out:

FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE

HE LIKES ARK? I DIDN'T KNOW.

argh. I really wish Ola would start looking glammy and hawt again, and get rid of that moomin troll look. okay so he doesn't really look like a moomin troll, but there's something about him that makes me think that anywayy.

moar glam plz!

apparently, the new Ark album is gonna RAWK, but I really hope rock as in Queen and not as in... Status Quo or someshit. THE BEARD NEEDS TO GO.

still need to find out of Ola's heard of Patrick yet or not! We were gonna give him mix cds with Patrick and IAMX, but then we never got round to it and now it's kind of too late for this time.

Bwahahaaha! Thanks so much for saying "Moomin Troll"! I have been on a mission to find some Moomin to watch after looking up the Wikipedia on Moomin because I was wondering what they were. We get these biscuits that are Moomin shpaped because my friend loves hippos but have no other frame of reference to the splendid land of Moomin.

I lost whatever other train of thought I had because of the Moomin... that's really saying something since the rest of conversation revolved around Patrick Wolf, Ola Salo, IAMX and Adam Lambert. I need to know if Adam listens to Patrick Wolf.

I've drawn Ola Salo as a Moomin.
I really should scan it.

Oh fuck yeah, I would love to see that! My roommate just suggested I draw Adam Lambert as a Moomin.

The Scott Walker post may or may not have been from me. Either way, I sure do love him!

It was you! I am pretty sure now that I think about it. It was just a passing mention...

"The Drift by Scott Walker is a terribly unsettling album, particularly since I was just getting into Scott Walker when I first heard it. Imagine my surprise when, instead of sassy songs about death and STDs, I got samples of braying donkeys and slabs of meat used as percussion! Scott Walker, he's a tricky one."

Hahaha. Too right. I am getting into his stuff chronologically so I've haven't worked up to Drift quite yet but I bore witness to the meat percussion and donkey sounds when watching his documentary.

I think it's definitely better to take things chronologically, since his earlier stuff is way, way more accessible. Which album are you on? I've been listening to "Scott 2" a lot lately.

That documentary is so, so good right?
