Boycott Sedentarianism!

So... for the last 6 months, I have done nothing to lose anymore weight. I am still down 38lbs, which is good, but I need to lose 115 more lbs to be considered healthy. Oooh.. nice bit of loss. :) I lost about 20 lbs just changing a few things, like doing Cherry Coke Zero at work instead of Cherry Coke. I've been a bit of a slack over the past month.. I really need to get back into walking.

oooo, someone to help motivate me would be great! I think that's been my problem, trying to do this alone all the time (it never works for me that way). I need to lose probably 60 - 70lbs at this point to be "healthy".

Do you go anywhere to workout? I ask cause I know we live 'relativly' close to each other...maybe another form of motivation?

I live in Garland by Shiloh and Beltline (Shiloh and George Bush is easy too).

We could always meet somewhere near bush & shiloh to go walking or something a couple nights a week... Any ideas? :-)

Good for you! Good luck on your goal :) If you ever want a walking companion, let me know. I am not too much overweight at this point, but I keep gaining rather than staying steady because all I do is sit in front of my computer all day every day since I started grad school. I really need to get out of that habit and become more active before it reaches an unhealthy level, which it is approaching.

I'll take up anyone and everyone's offer for walking. If I'm going to boycott sedentarianism, I might as well have as many people as I can join the cause. ;-)
