Writer's Block: True Crime

Jan 15, 2009 08:30

When I was a psych major in college I developed a fascination with serial killers, Ted Bundy in particular. Now I work at the college campus where his mother used to work, and talk to people every day who remember seeing him walking around campus. Weird.

crime, writer's block, murder

It's weird - she's buried in the cemetery across the street, and I'm disturbed by that (I'm also disturbed by those who constantly search out her unmarked grave, which I have not done myself).

I'm not disturbed because of her presence, I'm disturbed because of the violence of her death - no one deserves that. :-/

That would be weird to live so close to the grave of a famous death. The closest I can come to that is Kurt Cobain. People still go by the house where he shot himself. It's been 15 years, people.
