TITLE: Undesirable (A vampire novel) RATING: NC-17 (This chapter NC-17) SUMMARY: The hardest journey is the one you take within yourself. Word Count: 4053
*happy grin* How promising this sounds! Thank you, it was an excellent wrap-up for the story that explained very nicely how they can make things work between them.
Some of my friends waited for this story to be complete before reading. Now I'm off to give them the good news :)
This made my day. I never thought that such a gut-wrenching story could have such a fulfilling ending. SO GOOD. And I will be quietnow so I don't mindless gush. xD
I'm not a fan of downer endings -- I like the hollywood kind. It makes it easier for me to stomach all the darkness if I know that people will be happy in the end.
I know this is a long shot but do you have a single file version of your story that you'd be willing to share? my email is amalthia at gmail.com
If you don't have a single file that is a-okay. I can merge it myself. My next question is when this is done would you like me to share back the single file I created? I had planned to turn it into an epub file to read on my Sony PRS and it's not a hardship at all to send you the single HTML source file as well as the two main ebook formats.
I don't, but I have to make a single file to edit this and give to my betas (yeah, I know, isn't that back-asswards, I get beta's after I've published.) But that's going to take me a while because I'm going to be editing as I go along, so I guess the upshot is that I don't, you may, and nah, it's okay.
I thought you'd be posting this epilogue by the weekend, but you did it today. Made my week. Loved the fact that while it was a happy ending, it remained realistic - and the characters remained in character.
If there's a sequel, you got one captive fan here. Especially if you're using Jeffrey's POV. :) :) :)
I just had to power through. I thought I needed a shot of porn to bookend the beginning, but I worried about it dragging down the pacing. I also wanted to show that George's parents are okay. A bit dubious, but okay.
