I can say now with great authority that writing Armstrong sex is really really hard! Actually I could say this before but it's been so long I'd forgotten.

It was a hard line to find between over the top silliness and serious angst.

I really do like Armstrong, in fact my favorite piece I wrote myself was the Armstrong/Ed chapter for my fic I did a long time ago. (And yeah, I couldn't see myself writing actual smut for them, hinting yes..but that's it.)

I feel that there was a fair mixture of both leaving it evened out.

I loved that episode.

The part where Roy asks ed why he didn't ask for his protection made me shudder. Did you watch it in Japanese version or English version?

The Japanese version is so much more dramatic than the English version!

It was the Japanese version, because that's what I have uploaded on my computer. Though I don't really have a strong preference between the dubbed and the japanese version. I like both. I like the differences.

Oh god, you totally got Armstrong's character down. I especially like the mentions of loyalty to the state, even with distasteful orders.

Wow, Armstrong was still Armstrong throughout the entire punishment. It's a tug-of-war between the angst and the absurdity that is Armstrong at times.
