Hmm, I'm wondering if everyone just missed the previous part, or was it too weird for words, or what... Gah, I know it's the middle of the week, and I really worry too much and tend to get a bit paranoid about what other people think about fic which I see as odd myself. So, on to the next chapter.

Yup, I simply can't write stories that're all depression and angst, no matter how hard I try. ;)

If there's anyone who can pull off something like this, it's Tony Stark - but is he going to end up good as new or what... Hopefully, there's still some drama & tension left in this story.

I read the chapter last night, but I missed the first chapters because of houseguests, so I have to go back and start from the beginning. I liked it but figured I'd comment after I caught up. :)

Wow, excellent chapter, somehow I knew this was coming! Glad that Tony is out of his funk and has figured out a way to deal with his situation.

Anxiously looking forward to the next chapter, and to see what happens next. The "pre transplant," scene between Tony and Pepper, before he is wheeled in for surgery is sure to be touching. Also wonder how Tony will take going under general anesthesia where there is a slight chance that he might not be waking up at all...

Hehe, yeah, like I said earlier, I guess it was sort-of obvious that this story was headed this way, what with the title and all. ;)

I don't think I'm going to add one, either, since it's long enough as it is, and I'm kind of doing some fast-forwarding to keep it from feeling too slow. Aw. Would've made for a great scene, I'm sure. :(
