It was a very minimalist recipe. It tasted like crumbly pastry crust and salter ground beef. *shrug* It definitely needed the gravy.

In what world is brown not fully cooked? (If it looks a little wet, that's the grated potatoes and onions.)

Yes, that WAS my assessment of the recipe in the entry post: that it was total balls :P

I like to think I managed to improve on the actual recipe with the final product though. (Don't knock it if you ain't tried it :D)

Well it was more like I told Anne I was thinking of making a meat pie and asked if she'd like me to bring it over if I did and she was all, "Nope, too busy," or something so that was that. I just made the pie for my parents and I. But then there were leftovers and I ended up going to Jason's and bringing some slices with me.
