All of a sudden, I really want kielbasa. *Real* kielbasa. Having a Polish brother-in-law has sorta ruined the costco version for me....

Well, it depends. There's the "americanized" version that we just call a polish sausage, or a hotter version called a krakowska. Both are good if you just split them lengthwise and grill them, or chop them up into ovals and pan-toss them ( ... )
