ncreasingly blinded stupid by his broadening shoulders and corded neck mus-
Ever since those promotional posters from Equus came out I've just not been able to look at Radcliffe the same way. >_<

...so many little kids out there getting scarred for life. And they complain about HP slash websites, sheesh.

OMG YES! I was all, "Ooooh are they gonna do it?? They have to do it, it's all leading up to it and Snape's really laying into Harry about his father an- LITTLE SNAPE'S GOT TERLET PAPER STUCK TO HIS SHOE AWWWWW!"

Okay honestly, I was.. kind of... too distracted by young!Snape and his Ringu jump cut memories and teen angst. The Marauders were definitely in there, with James at the forefront, but I couldn't even tell you if they were the hotness. I will say they didn't leave too great an impression on me, so this may denote either a sad lack of the pretty, or just more of my Snape bias. Who knows.

Though there was something that made me all shivery about the way James purred, "Shall I take his trousers off?"

I hated, hated the OotP book owing to the fact that by Rowling's own admission, she's writing to cater to the fans. Which certainly explains where all the creativity went, and why the thing read like a bloated, painfully long piece of bad fanfiction written by a fifteen year old who happened to have an editor.

Perhaps I shall see the film, though. Provided you can promise me that it is very shiny, and in spite of going BLEH at the book I will probably like it.

The only book I've disliked more than OotP was HBP, for obvious reasons, and I thought the movie was pretty win.

IMO, you'll enjoy it. :D

Awesome. I sort of lost interest after GoF, which I enjoyed because it had the right mix of seriousness and lulz and Viktor/Hermione. (Though I was pissed, PISSED about the lack of Quidditch World Cup game footage in the film. And there could have been more Viktor and Hermione in general, yes. Um.)

Honestly, ever since JKR started writing for the fans, she's gone downhill, at least from where I'm standing. Maybe this will be one instance where I like a movie more than the book.

Mmmmmwell, I went BLEH at the book and rather thoroughly enjoyed the movie, so there's that! ^_^;;

Honestly, I was expecting more capslock!Harry, but aside from some scenes where Harry was all 'me me me me me me me!' there was comparatively less of his screaming teen angst than I thought (comparatively in that I expected the whole movie would be like that, given).

I CAN promise you there will be TONS of shiny. And Voldemort in a very pimp suit, if you like that.

Oh man haha 'WHO WAS CEDRIC, YOUR BOYFRIEND??'. And D'aww Ron grabbing Harry to restrain him D: I have such a soft spot for Harry/ROn.

....I can't think of anything more meaningful to say, I lost sleep after seeing that movie XD.

Eeheeheeheehee and then Ron held onto Harry long past the point where it was necessary. I half expected him to release one arm and give him a surprise handjob (well, no, but I gestured as much to the people around me..)
