It looks delicious! Is coconut sugar essential in this recipe, or can a different kind of sugar be used?

Thank you! The coconut sugar is not essential, you can replace it with any other sugar, but I try to avoid refined white sugar :)

Quick reply, thank you! :) Coconut sugar is too expensive here, so that's why I was asking. I will try this recipe with the unrefined sugar I normally use.
