Cauliflower Leaf Pakoras

You ever cut up a head of cauliflower, wonder if those green leaves and stem bits are edible, and then toss them into the garbage? I have. But when I was searching for recipes that use chickpea flour, I stumbled across this use for cauliflower leaves and now I don't have to waste any of it. Crispy and tasty side dish or snack. this looks delicious, and makes me want to run out and buy cauliflower & chickpea flour immediately. Any recipe ideas as to what to do with the rest of the chickpea flour? I've never worked with it before.

I had the same question when I was done. What do I do with the rest of this bag? I know I'll be cooking up this same thing with thin slivers of onion. But in searching the web, I also found this nice thread with several ideas:
