It sounds like you've got plenty of new ideas here, so I just wanted to add that serving all vegan food to party guests can really be a hit! I LOVE throwing parties, and when I became vegan I had to step it up a notch and discover all new party foods to make. The food I make is all "finger foods" and party dips and the like. People were raving about the food and didn't even realise it was all vegan: Brownies, cookies, veggies/hummus, mini pretzel bites, mini spanakopita pies, 'cream cheese' olive spirals....for my next party (which is actually tonight) I experimented and made my own vegan "pizza rolls" - I will have to see what the jury says about them, but my guess is they are gonna be a HIT!

Let them eat cake!

lol - I've been told, but never tried, using a box of the white cake mix with sprinkles with a can of cream soda. mix together and bake at suggested temp.
