I have always cooked and been a pretty damn good cook but I never realized how much I relied on animal products. Creams for sauces and soups, caramalized fat for flavor, the meat itself of course etc etc so despite feeling like a good cook trying to cook something veggy was totally alien to me and seemed....mmmmm not as delicious

The Tofu sounds yummy though. I am going to have to try it once I make it to the grocery again and get some tofu (which I have never cooked with so it seems intimidating).

But dont be intimidated by Tofu...It "cooks" in about 3-4 minutes and you really cant mess it up. Its like shrimp, cooks really fast and you cant really screw it up lol
