Mixed wok with bean curd on rocket with balsamic vinegar

 Hi there!
I made this one for dinner these days... it was enough for 2 meals for me (I'm living alone and kinda always cooking too much... but therefor the microwave was invented, right?) and because I ate the rest today and liked it very much again I thought I'd share it.

somehow I've known that "rocket" could not have been the right translation for "Rucola" ... it is Eruca Sativa in latin.

"Rucola" is definitely "rocket" in the UK... maybe not in other English-speaking places?

Rocket is the same thing as arugula.

i once traveled to italy and carefully avoided "rucola" items on menus b/c i thought it was a form of ham. d'oh. on the last day of the trip i finally realized the mistake and had a fabulous rucola pizza, so it was not a total loss.

Looks and sounds really yummy, but that would be just enough for me, with some fresh bread on the side. (Which of course explains why I find it difficult to stay under 200 pounds.

I made this last night and it was a HUGE hit. Definitely a keeper. I can't believe you just *threw* this together with leftovers. It tasted restaurant quality-good!
