Food in NYC?

We are heading up to new York city sometime on Friday and leaving at 3am Sunday. Where would you go to eat if you had a day to eat as much food as possible? I am searching happycow and such, but there are way too many options! Thanks for the suggestions!!

The only time I've been to NYC ever was for less than a day last winter. I pretty much stumbled across a sandwich place called Terri in the Flatiron district. It was delicious! The staff was super nice as well, and they gave me a free blueberry muffin.
