Smoothies with vegan protein powder. I'm fond of Whole Food's brown rice protein, myself. Scoop of that, half a banana, half a pear, and some sort of juice or soy milk and I'm good for the morning.

OMFG green smoothies are amazing!

i just pack any kind of fruit that tastes good together [such as bananas and raspberries] in with some oat milk, vegan yoghurt, a handful of spinach and some spirulina. sometimes a bit of cereal, like oats.

there are TONS of recipes on the internet. this page has some: http://www.greensmoothie.com/blend/green.html

Also, maybe mashed potatos (add rosemary and chives instead of salt), cooked squash, and baked or mashed sweet potatoes (lots of nutrition there)

can you eat soft fruits, like bananas and watermelons? grapes?

You could try congee, which is a kind of rice soup [rice cooked to thin oatmal consistency. very comforting for sick people] vegan ice cream, vegan jell-o.

hope you feel better soon!

Green smoothies and cream of wheat and hummus/guac are great ideas!

Also, maybe a tofu scramble with the tofu really, really ground up and just some soft veggies like well-cooked spinach or something?

Man, there's some really good ideas in this thread. I hope you feel better soon!
